The panel of judges which selected the finalists through remote judging will next meet on 11 April 2018 in Singapore to deliberate and select winners for the 12 categories, including Executive Champion of the Year, by secret ballot with EY as auditor.
The transparent and independently-audited judging process counts some 25 judges comprising industry leaders and experts on the judging panel with Mr Mark Tucker, Group Chairman, HSBC Holdings, as Patron of the Awards. The Awards is organised by Asia Insurance Review and Asia Advisers Network with LIMRA as co-organiser.
The winners will only be announced at a gala dinner in Manila on 7 May 2018 to be held in conjunction with the 29th East Asian Insurance Congress with Mr Dennis B Funa, Insurance Commissioner of the Philippines, as the guest of honour.
Mr Sivam Subramaniam, Editor-in-Chief, Asia Insurance Review, said, “There is a growing industry support for the awards. The quality of the 400 entries from 50 companies and 14 markets means that the finalists are already outstanding winners in their own right.”
