More than 400 entries from 15 markets vie for Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards

| 17 Apr 2019

The 4th Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards received more than 400 entries from some 50 companies and 15 markets. The Awards has continued to grow from strength to strength with even greater support from industry stakeholders. The number of supporting organisations and partners has grown to over 17 this year.

Organised by Asia Insurance Review and Asia Advisers Network with co-organiser LIMRA and strategic partner AIA, the awards recognise the best in life insurance agency and advisory across the region. The Gala Awards Presentation Dinner will be held on 18 July 2019 in Bangkok.

The rigorous and independently-audited judging process begins with the first round of judging online. The distinguished Judging Panel with 30 industry leaders and experts will assess and score the nominations to shortlist finalists.

The judges will then gather in Singapore on 22 May 2019 for a robust discussion before the winners are selected by secret ballot.

Winners will only be announced at the Gala Awards Presentation Dinner in Bangkok on 18 July 2019. The Agency Innovation Conference with the theme “Thriving in the Digital World” will be held in conjunction with the dinner.

Mr Sivam Subramaniam, Editor-in-Chief, Asia Insurance Review, said, “Kudos to the industry for coming together to recognise the best in agency and advisory. Over the past three editions, we have crowned winners from 22 companies and 10 markets, making this a truly neutral regional platform. We look forward to recognising and celebrating more unsung heroes and heroines in the industry this year.

“I salute AIA for having shared our vision and supported the Awards as Founding Strategic Partner all these years. “

Mr Benjamin Ang, Editor, Asia Advisers Network, said, “The past editions of the Awards have shown that there is no lack of professionals in the industry who have gone the extra mile. These successful advisers continue to be hungry to learn from the best and continue to professionalise and raise the image and standards of the industry. Hence, we are pleased to co-host with LIMRA the inaugural Agency Innovation Conference in conjunction with the Awards to do just that.”
