The Financial Services Managers Association (FSMA) recognised 12 agency leaders at the recent 14th Singapore Management Award (SMA) with the SMA Master Recipient Award.
This brings the exclusive group of SMA Master Recipient Awardees – leaders who have received SMA Awards for 10 years - to 33 leaders.
Hosted by FSMA, the SMA recognises the best leaders in financial agency management in Singapore.
FSMA President Calvin Lee said: “Agency management, despite being a very rewarding one, has never been an easy job. We are faced with multiple challenges including regulatory changes, fintech disruption, agents’ recruitment, agents’ retention, and more sophisticated consumers. The outstanding performance and results of the award recipients, despite the challenges, are an inspiration to all of us.”
SMA Chairperson Queenie Ang, said: “The Award is a testament to leadership, dedication, commitment and the many sacrifices towards agency building by leaders. A big congratulations to all!”

- Zinc Goh (Bronze Direct)
A total of 276 agency leaders were recognised at the SMA.
