Global, Asia: Prudential helps agents be their best and accelerate growth through MDRT sponsorship

Prudential has announced a three-year premier sponsorship with MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), a global association of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals, with the aim of helping Prudential agents accelerate their professional development, in turn supercharging agency growth and driving greater customer success. Ranked No. 2 in MDRT's 2024 Top 10 Multinational Company Ranking, Prudential has one of the largest agency forces globally.

Signed by Mr Pankaj Banerjee, Group Chief Agency Officer, Prudential plc and Ms Carol Kheng, ChFC, 2025 MDRT President, the sponsorship will kickstart a variety of initiatives designed to motivate and empower Prudential agents to deliver the best possible customer experience. This includes the launch of a tailored MDRT recognition programme, PRUMDRT, which recognises the unique pride, professionalism and passion of Prudential’s agency force.    

MRDT and Prudential are also creating bespoke professional development and learning opportunities to accelerate the growth of Prudential MDRT members.

Through the support of MDRT’s Family of Brands, Prudential will leverage the MDRT Academy to provide a strong foundation for advisors striving for MDRT qualification and engage with the MDRT Center for Field Leadership for field and home office leaders to enhance their management skills, improve agency performance, and build a culture of excellence.

Agents will also have access to content led by MDRT member experts.

These initiatives will empower Prudential MDRT members to improve their capabilities, enhance their business and professional reputation, and deliver exceptional service – in turn supporting their ability to develop stronger customer relationships.
