In 2025, Allianz Ayudhya Life Assurance will continue to drive growth through the strategy of developing the agent network and expanding the cooperation of the bank channel continuously. It will also focus on increasing the number and quality of professional agents through the intensive potential development program to create a strong and competitive agent network in the market through various competition and training programmes.
This was disclosed by Mr Thomas Wilson, Chief Executive Officer and President Allianz Ayudhya Life Assurance, who also revealed the operating results in 2024 that Allianz Ayudhya Life Insurance had a total premium (GWP) growth of 8% toTHB3.93 billion.
In addition, it will focus on strengthening its top agents through the Elite programme, Blue Star programme and Blue Star X programme, which are programmes to develop and support agents to become professional financial advisors to help build a strong network of leaders in the organization. All of this will help enhance the potential of the agent network to be able to compete and grow sustainably.
At the same time, the Company has continued to strengthen its partnerships with banking channels, especially the collaboration with Krungsri Bank, which will strengthen this channel by offering a full range of financial products that support savings, investments, and health protection, as well as developing digital innovations that allow customers to choose insurance plans, manage policies, and access health services more conveniently.
The Company believes that strengthening these two channels will help us expand its customer reach and drive strong growth in 2025.
