AIA Life Insurance has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kakao Healthcare Corp to collaborate on advancing digital healthcare solutions (DHS).
The agreement, signed recently, sets the stage for Kakao Healthcare to offer personalised services aimed at helping AIA Life customers manage chronic diseases more effectively.
As part of the collaboration, AIA Life Insurance will leverage Kakao Healthcare’s cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics technologies, along with user-based lifestyle data, to develop tailored health-management solutions for its clientele.
Kakao Healthcare Chief Executive Officer Hwang Hee said that the partnership seeks to drive innovation in insurance services while enhancing user experiences through the application of the company’s advanced technologies.
For his part, AIA Life Insurance CEO Nathan Chuang commented that the collaboration would generate shared value, particularly in predicting and preventing the onset of severe diseases.
